ACCOMMODATION

The Congress Organizing Committee has pre-booked a number of rooms with special rates in different hotels close to the Congress venue for participants from 9 th until 12 th of June of 2010.

When you book a room, please make sure that you use the key IAPNM Congress 2010. The posted rates are available only for the Congress participants. You can book a room either by phone, or by filling in the booking form and fax it email it to the selected hotel.

The hotel will confirm your reservation. Payment will be made at the hotel before your departure. Rates in the table below include breakfast and taxes.

Requests will be processed on a first come first served basis and will be subject to room availability.

Deadline for making the booking is 16 th May 2009.
